Once again, Peddler’s Village is holding it’s annual Scarecrow Festival. The event consists of dozens of scarecrows throughout the grounds.
The Scarecrow Festival is an annual event. It was held this year in spite of the Covid 19 shutdowns and restrictions. Signs say masks are mandatory outdoors if you cannot maintain 6′ of distance. Most people were wearing masks but some people understood that if they weren’t within 6′ of other people they weren’t required to wear them.

The ChaddsFordWinery Entry was, surprisingly, a grape man.
The bakery had a couple of oversized muffins.
We spent a couple of minutes trying to remember the name of Jeannie’s ‘master’. We finally got it.
I know the display below is of Baby Yoda in his crib. But, I kept seeing it as Baby Yoda on the Barbecue
The Oscar Mayer Weinermobile.
An added bonus was the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile.
For those of us who are slightly older, the sight of the Weinermobile will result in the Oscar Mayer jingle doing endless loops through your brain.
The event runs until October 31, 2020. It is usually a good idea to go earlier rather than later as the weather can take a toll on the scarecrows. For more information see the Peddler’s Village event page.
