The Wycombe Train Station was a stop on the New Hope Line. This photo was taken prior to 2007. The Station is restored now. It might be a private residence.
The Wycombe Station was one of the stations on the New Hope Ivyland line. Wycombe is in Newtown Township. The restoration of the station was completed in 2018 . It appears to be a community center. The station is only a few hundred yards from the Wycombe Publik House.
The building served as a freight and passenger station. It is a Victorian style building with a turret and intricate shingles. On the left side is a small freight office. Passengers could wait inside the building for their trains. A passenger could travel north to New Hope or south all the way to Philadelphia.
Further below there is a google street view of the station. You can see that it is restored to its original beauty. The tracks for the New Hope Railroad still run by the station. An occasional train will use the tracks.
